For laser treatments, complete skin care plans, permanent makeup, and lash services, we recommend scheduling a consultation first. This ensures we can:

48-hour noticeCancellations within this window are no charge.
24-hour noticeCancellations will incur 50% of the service fee.
Same-day / No-showFull service fee (100%) will be charged.
We value your time and expertise, and we ask that you value ours equally. Emergencies do happen, and we will handle them with understanding and flexibility.
Children in the Spa
Our spa is designed to be a child-free sanctuary so all guests can enjoy a tranquil, restorative experience. We understand that parents may need occasional respite.
- If children accompany you, they must remain with you at all times.
- Children should not be disruptive to the spa environment.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining a clean space.
